Terms of Service — tapresult

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using tapresult.com ("the Platform") you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

tapresult.com is a platform for real-time racket sport score tracking (Padel, Tennis, Squash), ELO rating calculations, court booking management, and match history.

3. User Account

You must provide an accurate and current email address when registering.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at hello@tapresult.com.
Each user may register one account for personal use.

4. User Content

Match scores, data, and profile information you enter remain your property. By submitting them you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and use them for statistics and rating calculations within the Platform.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Interfere with or compromise the security of the Platform.
Submit false scores to manipulate ratings.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without prior written permission.
Register on behalf of another person without their consent.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account for violations of these Terms without notice. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting hello@tapresult.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. tapresult.com is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes to these Terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable Bulgarian legislation.
